HBO offers free movie and TV shows streaming for free to help us cope with COVID-19. HBO has launched its #StayHomeBoxOffice program and is making hundreds of hours of typically premium content free on HBO Now and HBO Go.
This includes complete series for The Sopranos, Veep, Six Feet Under, True Blood and The Wire are now streaming outside the paywall. There’s also a collection of HBO documentaries, including Jane Fonda in Five Acts, McMillion$, and Elvis Presley: The Searcher.
HBO will also stream a small collection of Warner Brothers films, including Arthur, Pan, Empire of the Sun, Crazy, Stupid Love, and Sucker Punch. Not all are gems. The short list also includes Arthur 2: On the Rocks and Happy Feet Two.
To get it, you have to install HBO Now or HBO Go on Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, your Smart TV, or get the mobile app, then create an HBO account. You can then begin streaming the selected content for free.
